how can i change media.pk2 language?

my media.pk2 chinese but some area as like "???"

i try change type.txt change to english language but this time all of them as like "???" how can i fix this_

Try that out, maybe it works, or else use a Loader and use English Patch option.

Editing the pk2 language works but the client will only accept certain data on certain language(your case, chinese) so you need to know what to change

tl;dr

However, there is a catch to this. Each version of Silkroad has its own unique language identifier that is used as part of the spawn packet logic, so if you just change the version in the language file for Silkroad, your character might not spawn correctly!
