What is your definition of "trying"? Someone that can set up a snappy web page and ask for donations? (which has been done to death) Or someone who actually does what they say they are going to do. (which has never been done).
Since we are all ignorant here I will point out some facts for you. In the past 3 or more years, every time a new Silkroad emulator, or server files are released, some dumbass thinks they can open up a server using non-working files. ALL HAVE FAILED to get a working server with these files. It was obvious 3 years and it's obvious now that these people have no idea what they were doing and that's why they all failed.
Unless someone can open a thread that say's "try my server", It is all fake. There has to be something "real", not just a proposal of what "might" be for something to be considered not a fake. Those people will be called out for the attention whores that they are.

Dont base what you might think happen from things from the passed.
More or less it probably wont open.
But there the first who have actually put money into it.

Well I was wondering if this inSro was a fake or real thing so I decided to ask one of their Admins(Matt). On their site there is a Customer Support Chat 27/7 online here is the conversation(im Justin btw):
