open ports to open one online server via VPS

I have the same problem.
when use WAN IP and try open any port (begin port 1- end port 61000). It still C9 error
but use LAN IP it ok. _ShardService maybe correct
I think it need config somewhere

^If you are using your PC/home machine you will have to forward ports on router too.
