I told u 100000000000000000000000000000 times cooldown is a client side function that you have to check server side!!!!!!!!!!!!! soo i really dont know why isnt working for you.

I really dont recommend that u open a beta until u finish skill atleast,
take my advice ^ ^. I have all attack skills working chinese and euro and i still think its not ready yet. Unless u planning on doing a only chinese server. But euro skill is really a pain in the *** ^ ^.

Anyways keep working on your server ^ ^

beta for slot 100-200 so bound of dedicated server

Well the cooldown data in the pk2 files is the 11th column in the skilldata files. Check that u dont have 0 all of them.
