it giving me c10 not server traffic
how i can deal with it!!

C10's just happen occasionaly, its just a problem while trying to connect. Just keep trying.

C10 error means your char is alredy logged(wich sometimes is imposssible) don´t worry wait till server reset or use another account to report problem to GM.

it means ur acc isnt completely disconnected ... u can keep connecting till it works or u whait til server restart ^^ i got c10 right now tho
