What was your top moment in SRO?
Genuine discussion time! What was the proudest moment of your whole sro/psro time, like an achievement or a goal you completed?
Mine would be,back in the day when being high level was top of the game, that feeling after months of hard grinding and you hear that level up sound and the notice saying youve levelled up to [60] my *** that was so satisfying to see that. Still brings back memories, the cap 60.

My top moment on SRO:
lvl 75 CH nuker with a +4 SoM on Saturn server
legit, I never got over lvl 80 on iSRO
I got lvl 80 on cSRO but left due to some IP issues
btw, my lvl 75(which is now deleted due to Joymax (illegal) stoopid idea to merge servers and delete inactive accounts) was hand-grinded, that's why I said "legit"
Illegal because,. according to information laws, you are not allowed to erase account information without a direct confirmation from the owner of the account(pserver do but they are not real companies). This becomes more illegal when the account has money involved on it. Technically, by deleting an account with money charged on it, they are ignoring any document related to the transactions, making a money transfer, not payment, which will give the company money in exchange for nothing

technically
that's why there is something called Soft delete, which is adding a "Deleted" column and make a check on logon
but the login message MUST say that the account is disabled and will only be enabled by Administrators(meaning any documentation is intact and you can ask for it anytime, but Joymax DID deleted it all)
This is due to legal actions. If I sue a company and they "suddenly" delete the info, the court will mostly say they did it on purpose. it is my proofs vs their deleted excuse
The thing goes the way around, if the account is disabled, they will have proofs to counter my lawsuit

When I was playing with my cousin I guess. I had also many great moments when party-playing during the Alexandria update.

My top moments? Playing on ZSZC. Owning everyone in PVP. I had a Sun set at 100 cap and many 98+9+10+11 weapons and some SOM weapons.
I also made a 98+12 bow.
At 105 cap, I had 11D+7 sos garment and armor set, all sos weapons and 40b+ gold.
I hacked many people on ZSZC and ECSRO (keyloggers, phishing site, etc.) because I was a 14 year old ******** at that time. But I enjoyed it. XD
Other than that, I loved iSRO 60 & 70 cap.

Not at all. Basically all game publishers say in their ToS that they can terminate (i.e. delete) your account at any moment for any reason without even disclosing what that reason is.

terminate is not necessarily delete, because of lawsuit issues, that's why there is the soft delete

Terminating it may not mean physically deleting it, but they are allowed to do it afaik. I don't know of any law against that.

I that had to "code" and set up a database for a company here on costa rica, and we have a rule: NEVER DELETE ACCOUNT INFO from the database
doing so, at least in here, can be a subject to question how trusted a company is and may lead to the government to study the case if there is big money amount related to the deleted information
I simply(by logic) assumed this was the same on other places
