???? Error on Ecsro

Since they uploaded new media pk i get the annoying ????? error .I tried to uninstall and install again with all updated files from Ecsro web,and still the same error.The moment i get the error its always when i chose my char and i press start and city begins to load,it loads sometimes, but it crashes and get me that error always.

Can it be due to host direction problem?
Normally it´s ´cause graphic problems itsn´t it?

Problem solved actualizing all files and media(was a problem about using zoom hack with new media)moda can close this topic,thanks
