Where are you playing?

Hi guys im searching for a good pserver to play on.
What im looking for:
-Middle rates ( 5-10x for 80-90 cap, 15-20 for 90cap+)
-Not too much custom edits
-Online since months ago
-Has a population of 5-600+ (from that at least 300 real players with 1 char)
I checked a lot of pservers from the advertising thread, but i didnt find anything.
Are there any server you could suggest me?
