ECSRO OPTION BUG ???

Habe eine frage bei mir ist das so ich habe eine Bildschirmauflösung von 1280 x 800 Pixel und wen ich Ecsro starte kommt eine Bildschirmauflösung von 1024 x 768 Pixel und ich kann im game die Bildschirmauflösung nicht umstellen auf 1280 x 800.
Und wen ich mit dem Char im game bin muss ich immer die skills neu in die skill leiste ein ordnen wieso ist das so früher war das anders bevor ich meinen PC vormatiert habe.
Was mache ich falsch das das so ist oder was muss ich machen???

And who I do with the character in the game do I'm always the new skills in the skill bar arrange why is this so different from the past was before I had my PC vormatiert.
What am I doing wrong that this is so or what should I do?
