Can't Log-In to ECSRO

it goes to the load screen where we pick either ecsro or fembria, but when i click on start, an error comes up saying "Sorry. Failed to execute Silkroad. [ Error code(5) ]"

any idea on how i can fix this? thank you

Its your anti virus,Check your virus vault and restore Sro_Client.exe.
