A good advice for a pserver?

I am an old school player I am looking for a good pserver 90/100 cap with both euro/chinese race with low rates 20-50x max, vsro based server with 300players+ with low editing to look allmost like isro in that time,don't tell me too look on the adersting list because I allready looked on it,and don`t tell me about revelation sro because I don't like it,I will gladly accept your advices and I wait for a good pserver to play,thx a lot,have a great day.

I think that server don't exist , wait for someone to make one

Sure thing! There are quite a lot servers out there with these parameters.

The lack in only one thing: players.
