I think you should go to _Shard -> update nid to 64 [Maybe i'm wrong and sorry if i'm wrong]

go to your certification ini setup, and check the following files
srGlobalService.ini
srShard.ini

you most likely forgot srglobalservice...

You might have to add this under GatewayServer in server.cfg:
AccountDBConfig "DRIVER={SQL Server};SERVER=yourpcname\SQLEXPRESS;DSN=odbcname; UID=sqlusername;PWD=sqlpassword;DATABASE=accountdb name"
