It's server sided , Owner enabled one ip only to connect to server.. Or , try to copy a new folder with only mbotloader , mbot1.12b pskill.dll and mbotloader.dll . Set your folder and try to connect again . If it's still telling you that message means that owner enabled only one ip to connect.
