is the prem's luck rate belongs to the items drop rate? it increases the drop rate and not the alchemy success rate? .
i wanna hear the answer from the db editors.

There is no item in SRO that affects the drop rate. Well, there is one scroll, I used to get those on eSRO, for selling through consignment.
