SIBI skills question
Hello, i have searched ^^ but it wasn't clear to me. What skills can i add when i'm above 70? is it just the attack skills that should be max Lv69 and can i lvl up my buffs? or should i leave everything at lvl 69 and only level up my mastery? thanks for your help.
