Wouldn't it be nice to have a low cap server such as 30&40?

Well the old Xelhula had some players, but I don't think there are enough people who would join such server again.

This server could be fun for a few days, until you get bored, no real end-game content. It was fun when it was first introduced because it was unique.

Not enough end game content , even with new edits/features , also people flames the **** out for cap updates.

Imo 40-50 cap. Rouge/warrios ftw on 40 cap.
