Question about pacheon.

Well, im hybrid nuker[spear nuker] and i've been following Delirium's guide.
According to his guide i add all skills i need and i still have 30 mastery left.
Some pple say that i should take pacheon, some - ice.
low lvl ice defense buff is useless but i wanned to ask - will pacheon increase my dmg?

it will increase AR^^ So you gonna hit more often thehigher dmg of your weapon. Ice lvl30 is bullshit. Take pacheon^^

jus to add to that, the reason y the ppl might have told u to get ice at 30
were prolly thinkin of isro where u get ice shield, thats useful for nukers...
but in isro ;P

90 light is a bad idea.. why? only 3% more mag damage over lv 60 light and lack of defense is horrid. 60 ice is 84 phys defense in all.. so why would you prefer 3% mag damage to 84 phys defense? lol..
