Why do I need heuksel 90?

Hello there guys!

I quited SRO about 7 month ago becouse I was sick of this slow grinding.
In these pas months I played some warhammer and other games.

Now I started on ECSRO and I like it!!
I'm a lvl 26 pure str Glavier now.

So this is my question;

I read that skills are maxed at 70 while you can be lvl 90.
So why should I lvl up heuksal higher then 70?

Also I would like to have an adviced build.

Maybe because each masterly level you add you get 1% bonus to physical damage also i dont know or in ecsro but in other private servers you can level skills above lvl 70.

i play on sjsro and i wanna fire heuk 90 light 70 and pach 50

Because heuksal will give you EXTRA hp and will increase your weapon's power by 20%.

It doesn't increase your hp after 70 becouse you can't raise passive.

you can! all skills+passive skills can upgraded to lvl 90 so u get more hp,if u wanna see i can give you a picture of cold lvl 90 with passive lvl 9!

heuksal 70lvl gives 70% heuksal dmg 90lvlheuksal gives 90% look on ur heuksal mastery its whriting thet...

Perfect build on private for glaviers:
-pure str
-heuksal maxed
-fire maxed
-light/cold however you like them
-wear garments
