How to Make :(Site+server 13 or 14D)

hi all Can any One Help me i try to make server from 8 days :S
and fail
i have win 7
Ram 8GB
Pro 3.4 Core i7
i Need to Know how i can Make Server + site Just from my Pc
i have to try with Download Bin
and Setup SQL server and i download Database then
i do every thing just i dont Have Client to Run That Database
how i Can Make Professional Game 13D or 14D with Professional site

First of all, fix your English.
Second of all, if you want help here, you should write what's the problem, not that you want to create your own server.

These people actually has no specific problem except one big: they don't know how to setup the files. I'm studying the server creation since last summer, and I still don't feel I'd be able to pop up with specific problems. I imagine how much most of the turks and egyptians care about studying the files.... ^^

there are thousands of guides ( video guides included ) which helps u to make a server and if u get an error , u will get the solution very easy from google , bcz i think now all problems regarding the server setup are solved
