If you looked around a bit you would find the quick way to fix it. This is because you anti-virus is blocking sro_client.exe or it completely removed it. Next time before asking questions.
Error Code 5 is for the ANTI-VIRUS removing the sro_client.exe!
Search around the forum for Error Code 2 and theres a SPECIAL section to ask questions....

if u use nod 32: u need to
click on CTRL +ALT+DELETE
go to processes and find Nod 32 after do End process
when u done u can download the sro clinet exe and put him in the folder.
