When i click lunch with edx loader
And i got this error. Anyone help me please..

client version is not the same as lastest version in db, so thats why you can't run it.

You can use this tool
to change version. If you dont know which version is latest check it in SRO_VT_ACCOUNT>Tables>_ModuleVersion go to the last line, and check nVersion.
