This means that someone is logged with same ip on the ecsro server or it means your char is still online in-game , you will have to wait until there is a server restart and you are able to log in on your char again , or try this (posted by cooldan)
1) Go --> Start --> Run --> write cmd in the run tab
while in the black box,write ipconfig /renew
leave a space between ipconfig and slash
2) Go --> Start --> run --> write cmd in the run tab
while in the black box,write ipconfig /flushdns
leave a space between ipconfig and slash
3) Now you can play
4)but if dont work re-install ecsro and after do number 1) and 2) again.
