Dude.. skills appear with mastery over 70.. its once you take the SKILL ITSELF over 69 it will not appear on the list anymore. This is FINE for hybrids or nukers though.. why? cuz we can bot with the 3rd book imbue and just nuke.. while our weapon skills and imbue are maxed xD... that's how I'm doing it at least.. my huek and fire imbue, fire defense.. are completely maxed to 90
