Guys,I resolve the problem to creat an acount but i dont know why when my friend try to connect apears this in GAMESERVER:
Database Hatas1:Host gwgt1.joymax.com is not allowed to connect to this mysql

First install mysql 5.1
any later install MySql .net connector 5.2.5
both program installed after install navicat and create new database
entered database name after right click table here and press "execute batch file" select "emulator.sql" and push to start
Success Database Loaded.
