I changed ip but it is inspection do i need another media to for old sjsro ? Or there is some other port or what ?

Probably u put wrong IP.I suggest u to download King's media or some other media with divisions.

not everyone got unbaned so if you get inspection you jsut need to use proxy on old server

LOL muppet same in NEW sjsro but we are there more then on old and thats why New sjsro is bether.More pvp, more trading, more friends, more guilds, more fun and no lags no dc`s no crowded ect.
