u can check rates very easy:

go with lvl20+ to mangyangs and kill them. On isro u will get 1exp/1sp. On sjsro u get 30sp/30exp. So rates are 30.

Indeed =] Or back when they used to have the event you could tell by killing a pumpkin.. you'd get 30 sp exp and 30 exp... =]
