As you surely know, the sale, distribution and operation of illegal private servers of the Game infringes upon Joymax’s Intellectual Property and violates Joymax’s Terms of Use. If convicted and/or found liable, each act of infringement carries serious civil and criminal statutory penalties which, based on your website, won’t be hard to prove.
Therefore, take this email as a demand to shut down your website and related sites immediately. You will also provide Joymax with a confirmation of completion of items 1(a) to 1(f) in the attached letter.
