emu= emulator. An emulator is a program that "emulates" the original program. It doesn't use the source code of the original program to achieve this. There are no current complete emulators out there...yet.

The normal pservers that are currently out are based on the 1.091 original CSRO game client and server files, AKA ECSRO, MYSRO, .etc.... The files were leaked a year ago. Only a couple of people in China have them.

You know what's the difference between a emulator and a real private server?


This is for all that doesn't know whats a emu and a private server:

Emulator:
-not all skills are finished
-you will crush in like 5-15 mins
-manual spawn mob (atm)
-only 20-50 players are the sever will be laggy and crushing
-only heucksal mastery is 100% done, there's no point to make other builds on emulators
-alchemy don't work

Private server:
-all skills work
-mobs are spawned automatically
-It can handle over 2k players if you have a very good pc
-alchemy works
-stable (it will not crush)

wrong not all emus suck look at WoW Emu it work like a real server
