Char disconnect after ~20Seconds (Think problem with Silk)

Hey all, it get a big problem and hope that someone can help me.

When i start the server it works all normaly, all load fine, no error.
But when i login and wait ~10-20Seconds.

My char disconnected with the following reason (Gameserver)

I've checked how many silk i have and see that the item mall shows me "0" Silk.
But i have many silk so maybe this will be a little help for you, to help me

Check Stored Proc I guess the problem is that you change the database w/o
change it on Stored Proc you have to check in Account DB
And Shard DB

take a look on gameserver
if you see a message saying something like "Error loading silk......"
then is the IIS configuration

<--Gameserver gives me this msg. Can you maybe upload the needing files? Tried same as on my PC (on my PC it works) and change the important things but problem stay

yeah, it is IIS configuration
did you set that up to start with?

Problem still there ...talked to PortalDark in private chat and send him my billing script and server.cfg. He found nothing wrong in these files...does anyone other maybe have an idea?

Used same files on my PC with Hamachi IP and all worked fine! (Windows 7).
But on root (IP's changed) it gives me that problem! (Windows Webserver 2008 r2)

Anyone can help me?

goood i found my problem here i cant solve it tooo im using Hamachi and appeared thise error .... i cant start my own server
