It can do + and after put stones / lucky powder and work with % stats
And alot more

But it will not be released on epvp because he dont want to release it

Then why are you bragging about this awesome tool when it won't even be released to the public? And why would you even send the tool to the topic-creater when he can release it to the public afterwards?

Why don't you do it yourself?


And I recommend not releasing it. It will ruin the whole sro economy, and sooner or later everybody will have full 100% weapons/set.
