Recommend a place to buy a root?

Hello Guys/Girls. I'll make a private server soon, and then i need a good root. I got like 300 Euro. Can anyone recommend a good place where i can buy the root? - I needs to run a 11 DG PvP Server. :-) (I'll buy the website.)
