Alright.
Well, I don't want to get techy on you, but the ecSRO team has no idea why this happens. The only way I found to remedy this problem is to restart your modem\router. You might also want to try; Clicking Start, Clicking Run, typing cmd, and when the windows pops-up type ipconfig /renew
I couldn't tell you why those methods work.. sometimes even just restarting your PC will do the trick.
