Try it with Pot shop or blacksmith... Buy pots or repair your equiptment on the lv place without repait hammer! .....

I tried to PWN one,but when it has 70 - 80 % hp I ran out of pots + it was ******* boring to kill him alone...

I would say about 40. No more than 40.
They are all over the Pamir Plateau. They spawn instantly after each kill. They have A LOT of HP, I killed one in 2 hours and half. I was playing on my archer and a friend on my nuker. Took 4 drops from it. A 104+4 blade(made it +5) and 2x foot +2 and hands.
