if i would have added int point then i would not have 14k hp on 69/9gap
edit:
here is a normal lv 69 char with 0 int added
even that haves 3.3k by default so i think that his char is glitched lol

because server just updated and there is no english patch (loader) or english media.pk2

one chinese nuker s/s lvl 80 came at 60% and tried to ks me ... but i still killed it

no its not the rate of the server is shown in the sp-xp
isro -u gain [1]skill xp
ecsro u gain [10] skill xp
sjsro,swsro1,2 u gain [30]skill xp
i can tell i gain same % and exp pts at lv83 as in sjsro or sw1
