Question about apllocale!!!PLZZZ NEED HELP

I downloaded the applocale for sibi bot!!They told I have to change language
to cinese in order to translate skills!The language is chinese

but mine are still some ******* doodles how do i fix it???

when u use applocale you have 4 "chinese" languages to choose, pick the first one with something in the brackets

You need to install the East Asian Language Pack first.

u need an windows installation cd or find the files on the net, but its not easy
