How to restart pserver

How do i restart a pserver? As a new GM i was not told and i need to restart to update some things.

close exe's and reopen it

No i mean through the database i need to know how to restart the server compleately for everyone

Explain what do you need to restart . If you wanna restart server , You can stop service from SMC and server will go to check , Or , close ALL .exe related with server files then reopen them again .

If you want to do a complete restart:
Step 1: shut down all modules
Step 2: start certification
Step 3: start Global manager
Step 4: close certification
Step 4: start farm manager
Step 5: start the other modules (gateway, download server, agent, shard, GS, machinemanager) in any order
Step 6: start SMC, go to servercontrol, right click, start service
