usually it opens at 3AM (+0 GMT) and closes at 10AM (+0 GMT)
even though it didnt open in the last two days it should be reopend again very soon.
theres a blog that zAPHIRE from the forum made (ignore the status at the right of the screen its not right...) it has some updates\info that can help out but im putting that info here too to make it easier if someone wants... link:

currently offline for realy long for some updates or either its closing ?...
once it comes back it will probably have a new patch\update the you will have to download and install (media.pk2) in order to be able to play again
the new media.pk2 is here (it seems like it) download it !!!

first of all open this link :
