Discussion,should I release this database after it's done?

Hey,I'm currently working at this database(SRO_VT_SHARD)only.
Version:1.188(Does not include few new avatars)
Yes,it's a simply database,every single member is able to make one same/better so don't judge me.
So,start level : 100,PvP
Race:Chinese/European.
Stackable elixirs/hp/mp : 1000
Upgraded STR/INT/MP/HP : Ugraded to 100(and working)
Start region: Donwhang,near blacksmith.
Enabled regions: Donwhang,Jangan
Monster,NPC changes in Donwhang=0(currently working)
Monster,NPC changes in Jangan=25%(currently working)
Monster changes :They're all level 100 + some things
Mangyangs:Level 100. HP,defense,attack = Changed to level 100 normal QinShi tomb's monster except the attack who is 1.
There's a little bug : You attack the monster but its health won't go down.(Visual bug,his health actually is going down,just use few skills on it)
Mangyangs drops:M/W halloween dress,10DG normal items,gold,tablets,stones,etc.
Ghosteyed and Gianteyed monsters : Wizard hat,attach.
TombStone:Skeleton complete avatar,Mangnyang drops

Level start : 100
If you die and down level,go hunt some special monster who gives 10k exp(it's enough for leveling back to 100)
