What about quest system?
Quest for 12d need 10\11 +10 for example..take quest get the +10 and finish this quest. Now you have 12d

in quest mode you cant control the MagicOptions and The plus value !.
in my program you can control them .
after i release it all you have to do just click "start"
and the player send a message when he get the needed MagicOptions and the plus value ! he will be able to upgrade his weapon !

i just got another idea
if the player sent a message = upgrade my weapon it will check for the required magicoption if they are enough = new degree weapon .
if they aint enough = some alchadmy stones and adv elixir . seems to close for the reality

yea made by caipi but if he released it .
it will become an open source because its totally based on SQL scripts thats in O-L
in main tool you will not miss with the source and re-write it and say release my new tool lol.
