Running Server 100% Offline?

I am trying to set up a local server on a computer with no Internet. I tried setting all the Ips in the configs to 127.0.0.1 but getting error "failed to identify public ip of this machine" In the following thread Haze says it works. Did anyone try this?

As far as I know the serverfiles doesnt works with localhost ip, you must use your LAN IP (which means you need either a router that assigns you an IP, or a hamachi adapter, even if it is online you can still use the hamachi ip for certify the nodes)

A LAN IP is for example "192.168.1.15"

I thought maybe it's sr_patcher and I spoofed the 5 servers but still same error

create microsoft loopback adapter and put random ip here then use it in ini files
