Somehow it's always like that:
- promising servers are announced
- server opens many players join in
- 2 weeks and they are dead
In the end its not the cap that decides if the server keeps itself alive, in my opinion the real issues are just too high exp rates ( even tho I prefer higher rates like 20-30 too) and the fact that SRO cant offer you more then it actually contains. Well, you can add some edits and other stuff but u cant change the game.
Summarizing, I wanna say that low exp rates would keep a server alive.
It would just need a good community and anyhow some emballishments.
