Is there an inspection on SJSRO?

Is there?if not,tell me what my problem is plzz!!When i click sjsro short cut
It tells me there is an inspection!!

Click start, Click RUN.
Write:
shutdown -s -t 10
-s (That is a secret command to stop process that's blocking sjsro from starting)
And it shall work.

Its working try it ^^..Only few players playin there :P
