It will be interesting to see if this one hangs around long enough. If they don't give all their ***** buddies all Sun gear, this would be a decent server to play on.
Just for comparison, I tried my lvl 10 character on MYSRO and the new Char. (now lvl 10) I made on this server. I killed a Yeoha and got these exp & sp.

MySRO 3060 Exp, 1950 SP
SJRO 4080 Exp, 2600 SP

So the 20x seems to be in line.
