Shocks updates will be edited to fit phoenix, he might update for ecsro aswell but im not sure about that. Maybe if you send him a personal msg or wait for him to reply here.

As of right now, Im only giving my time to phoenix before I work on ecsro so all my work goes right to phoenix when phoenix is up I may decide to update or may not it all depends because im sure you will switch to phoenix

Phoenix is the new private server who obtained the server files by hacking ecsro. they will have better rates.
