Those, who have more than 1 server, have different servers.

And if you own a little amount of brain, you would know, that the list of the servers is needed only if you have another server pretty much same database and client, as the other one.

Anyone with a brain can add a new shard, it takes less than 15 minutes. Just add a new agent, shard, gs to nodedata, link them in nodelink, and add a new server to srshard.ini

Beside , for who will say 2 server = same edit / npc , You can make like 18andLife made , Remove old npc spawn x/y + main data from database , add new one in database and client side with your edited items .
If you can imagine now , Infinity road servers's npc were changed from town to town , duo the main item changing inside .
btw , If you want to sell something , use blackmarket silkroad section.
