[Desperate as fuck] GlobalManager Problem, JUST COME IN!!!!

Hello, im creating my server for the first time ever so excuse my low knowledge, i recently got an error with GlobalManager, it says:

And also, non of the other files work: i mean the farm manager, Gateway server and stuff, they dont work if GlobalManager doesnt work i guess. Some info u need to know:

1)My server will run on hamachi
2)When im on SQL managment studio(not connected yet) the server name is HUSSEIN so this is what i should write in the ini files right ?

Please note that my ID and PW are working on SQL server and also the IP is my hamachi's IP and its also the one which appeared in the cmd "IPConfig" it was iPv4. I would rly rly appreciate it if u help me.

P.S: for ppl whom are going to say: hamachi server? fail! noob, stop creating servers and stuff, my server will never go public, its only for me to have some fun as a GM and test some stuff xD
