Mate , i will explain you one thing easily now , lets hope you'll understand it right.
Okay so , as jack is working on vsro files , you can forget the oldschool stuff already , first of all , because there's no old interface , everything is different , graphic , job system ( Its impossible to make the eldest one in vsro files ) , also the map , its different , it has alexandria and much much much more stuff that is just IMPOSSIBLE to make oldschool-ish.
If i'd ever want an oldschool server ( A truly oldschool one , with 60 cap etc etc as you've mentioned ) i'd just go for ecsro files , fix them a little , but it still would give more nostalgia than the vsro based server.
So, 220 mastery is to Big in cap 60 all chars have Dual weapon, so change to 180,

Disabled or change castle shield and same skill in glavie to Old system?
Job System is Old? Old is more Fun and better
Delete Decay status from force? cap 60 dont have debufs in force
im play in isro at cap 60 and he have mastery 180 or 220 but no 300, Snow shield from cap 60? u kidding? nuker dont die to one hit in this cap.
1. the masteries was 300! from the 60 cap to the 100 cap !
2. Joymax used other files another dmg/def system in the past (same like ecsro)
Vsro/Brsro files based on a new dmg/def system (where nukers have zero chances without snowshield)
If u donīt believe it take a look and compare vsro with the ecsro files
And ye 90% gonna be glavie, and some spear nukers for the uniques

Darn, why?! That's the exact reason I would want to join. Because it's 60 cap. There are other 70-80-90-100 capped servers. You can find tons, more and more as you raise the caps.....
In what time intervals do you plan to add the higher caps?
make it cap 60 and wont cape it anymore, if caps do max 80-90.. no euro..
make clear, with no custom tittles, no devil, no magic pop, no avatar and no custom items..
