There is a reason because the default _RefObjCommon table have the ID as automatic increase, non-editable. You copied the same row twice and now you have 2 rows with the same data, so the sql manager is not able to figure out which one are you trying to delete.

Restore your database and leave the RefObjCommon table alone, don't modify the structure of it, just add/remove items -_-
