seems like he wants to change the GM lv so his gms are only able to spawn uniques

i heard that its possible to change the gm lv in SMC

SQL >> SRO_VT_SHARD >> TABLES >> dbo_Char
Then Choose Your Char name And Change it's Level From CurLevel
