CHN + EU w/ modified skills that makes the pvp balanced aka disabling Wizards/Bards/Warlocks OP buffs (skins/bless/offering) etc.. also (if possible) reset the pot delay of euros to 1 sec and disable clerics.

if he doest that think with pot delay u can say bb to ch chars...i suggest him to make a normal 11dg ch-eu pvp server,novas +5 FB with 61% in npc,~100 drop rates and Alexandria enabled for elixir farming,x1 alchemy rate to not OP'ed pvp's...EGY's for BA coins and BA every 1-2h i think it's perfect and if u can a gm or ga at pvp area to prevent exchange bug/******** pvps/mbot pill bug user...

10g server w/ novas ?... i donno if its a typo but i would like a normal 100 cap PVP server w/ skills like skins/bless/str,int buffs/offering disabled Moon +7 FB w/61% stats (sets/accs) at npc and +9 Weapons FB w/ 61% stats also @ npc.
maybe sro-R skills ;/ idk but definitely not a 110-120-130 cap cause thats just stupid.
